This website is designed as a service to teachers and as a forum
for collaboration of high school teachers that want to improve
the quality of their classrooms. This service is of no cost and
has been generously supported by the
PRISM project at Illinois State University. This website
posts only high quality material on a variety of topics which
can be quickly downloaded and implemented into your classroom.
In addition any collaborating teachers are welcomed and
encouraged to post their own developed lesson plans. So get in
touch with us today!

We've Recently Moved
Please support our site.
Our former website,
http://www.unit5.org/chemistry, was originally
housed and maintained through our school district. However, this
school year our district opted to move toward a standardized
website for its schools and teachers, which unfortunately for
us, has limited flexibility and functionality. For that reason,
we made the difficult decision of moving our site to a private
server which allows us to keep our resources available.
The major drawback of this decision is that we now have to pay a private
party (out of pocket) to house and maintain our site. We felt
that the annual cost was worth keeping these resources available
for public use. However, if you feel compelled and are able, we
would gladly accept and appreciate any donations to help us
offset our costs for running the site (see the PayPal link
below). We hope that you continue to use our site and its
resources for the betterment of science education everywhere.
Thanks for your continued support!
